Sorry, we are sold out! 100 of us will be cheering for the Sparks on Sunday, August 20 at 2:00 PM. Our Free Tutoring Service will give out approximately 20 door prizes to our Free Tutoring guest in attendance. Let's go to the LA Sparks basketball game August 20, 2006. It will be played at 2:00 PM (Sunday afternoon). Please purchase your tickets from "A Free Tutoring Service" for this first Playoff Game
The cost is only $12.00 for our very good seats! Please call us as soon as possible. Our Tutoring group usually sits very close to courtside! The Los Angeles Sparks are on a "roll". They are in first place; This will be the first playoff game. Plan on having a great time with us...as we watch the Sparks defeat Houston or Seattle.. Lisa Leslie is something to behold! Call Mr. Mike at (310) 635-4536 and tell him how many tickets you want. Our Tutoring Service usually receives "chances" on winning prizes (fabulous door prizes), and our Banner is shown next to the Toyota sign (arena display). This event will be a fund-raiser for The Free Tutoring Service, and will enable us to purchase much needed equipment....Thank you! Lisa Leslie and Holdsclaw seem to say, "Come on out and cheer us on. Let's sing that great song.....I love LA...together! Watch the "Sparks Kids" dance and do their thing. It is fun for the entire family. We are on a winning streak and will continue right through to the play-offs"!
"Sorry, Pop-Pop (Mike McAlpin). Those sparklers made me a little scared! Why do they have to shoot them up in the air when one of the Sparks is introduced? Next time, I won't jump from my seat and ask to sit on your lap. Momma Gayle got a little bit scared too, I think. Anyway, I dance in my seat as I usually do to relieve this slight bit of stress. That camera-man better put me on the big screen when I am dancing so some Hollywood producer can hook me up"
