Mayor Dear, left, greets students: Council Member Harold Willians is a Civil Engineer. He gave a brief lecture to the students on the need to get a good education.  He attended Los Angeles Trade Technical College, as did Jarrell and me. He was an inspiration to the students and we thank him for his caring and concern about the education of all youth. Our Lesson Review is  a diary of all that happened on this very long day of tutoring!
