Daily Report form for Ronald. The form below is to be completed each school day. The teachers will complete each entry for......Ronald Estrada.  Ronald's parents, as well as Mr. McAlpin, will keep track of all forms and communicate with you, the teacher. Ronald is responsible for presenting this form to you at the end of your class. This procedure will remain in place for at least 3 weeks, or until Ronald's grades improve, at least to the level of a "B" student!. Ronald is now a student in "A Free Tutoring Service", and it is expected that his G.P.A. will rise rapidly, as this is a very, very intense tutorial program.
